During the onboarding process, we are legally required to collect certain information and documentation in order to comply with the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft).

You will be guided step by step through the process. The required Wwft compliance checks will be carried out automatically through the platform of ZKR, an independent compliance provider. The identity verification procedures will also be completed through this platform.

During the process, you will be asked several times to upload or provide documents. We kindly request that you have the following documents ready:

• Passport(s) of the UBO(s)
• UBO declaration
• Signed organisational chart / organogram
